Host Family Program – Building Connections Between Alumni and Students
The Host Family Program at Buffalo State University is a unique initiative designed to foster community, support, and meaningful connections between alumni and current students.
GOAL: Through this program, alumni are invited to share a meal with students, offering guidance, encouragement, and a sense of belonging to those navigating their academic journeys.

JOIN US FOR OUR EVENT
On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., we will host a special dinner at the Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni & Visitor Center, where alumni and students will come together to share stories, experiences, and insights. This event provides students with a supportive network while giving alumni the opportunity to give back in a personal and impactful way.

Where: JVL Alumni & Visitor Center at Buffalo State University
Price: $20 per person
Your registration fee not only covers the cost of your meal but also contributes toward supporting a current student by offsetting the cost of their meal. By attending, you are directly helping us foster meaningful connections between alumni and students, enhancing the overall Homecoming experience for both.
Whether you're a seasoned mentor or simply looking to reconnect with the university, your involvement in the Host Family Program will help create a welcoming environment for our students while making a difference in their lives.
