Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center

The Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center, on the corner of Rockwell Road and Grant Street, opened in summer 2018. The Alumni Center is the first stop for graduates and former students during their visits to Buffalo State University.

The Alumni and Visitor Center offers:
• a space for reunions and events, social and educational programs, and guest speakers;
• a site for showcasing the rich history of campus through photography and memorabilia; and
• a gateway for the community, prospective students and their families, and public officials.

The facility includes Costello Hall for larger reunions and campus events (capacity 175 seating); a conference room for boards and committees (seats 30); the Zemsky Family Presentation Room for College Admissions presentations (seats 50); and offices for the Alumni Engagement staff. The Penfold Patio overlooks a large green space that can be used for outdoor events and activities.

Alumni can request to reserve spaces to accommodate large and small gatherings, conferences, banquets, and more. If you are an alumnus of Buffalo State and are looking to rent space on campus, please visit the Events Management website.
