The Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center
The Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center, on the corner of Rockwell Road and Grant Street, opened in summer 2018. The Alumni Center is the first stop for graduates and former students during their visits to Buffalo State University.
What the Center Offers
- Space for reunions and events, social and educational programs, and guest speakers;
- Site for showcasing the rich history of campus through photography and memorabilia; and
- Gateway for the community, prospective students and their families, and public officials.
In the Center
- Costello Hall for larger reunions and campus events (capacity 175 seating);
- Conference room for boards and committees (seats 30);
- Zemsky Family Presentation Room for College Admissions presentations (seats 50)
- Offices for the Alumni Engagement staff.
- Penfold Patio overlooks a large green space that can be used for outdoor events and activities.
Reservation Requests
Alumni can request to reserve spaces to accommodate large and small gatherings, conferences, and banquets.
