Mentorship Mixer

Join us at this event designed to bring together students interested in becoming mentees and alumni mentors. Mentorship can enhance students’ academic, personal, and professional development by forging valuable connections that support them through their journey at Buffalo State University. Our alumni have so much to offer and can help provide our students the connection so many students need to build confidence and engage with the campus community.

Please join us and our program partner Compeer on Wednesday, April 24 at 6pm in the Bengal Success Center, Bengal Hall 108 (Formerly Porter Hall). We will have food and some networking ice breakers so that students get a chance to meet alumni and potentially find a mentor! It’s free to attend, but ask that you RSVP. Parking will also be free and available on Rockwell Road (Spots marked R-1 on the campus map).

Buffalo State University has partnered with Compeer to provide the best program for our alumni mentors and students. Compeer will work with us on making sure each volunteer mentor is ready to be assigned to a Buff State student. From there, the time line is up to you!

Apply to be a mentor!
