Morgan Williams-Bryant is the CEO of Leadership Buffalo, Inc. where she unites leaders from diverse backgrounds and increases their knowledge of community issues, broaden their vision and enhance their ability to lead.

Prior to joining Leadership Buffalo, Morgan was the Chief Impact Officer at Girl Scouts of WNY, where she oversaw all aspects of membership, volunteer training and girl programming for nearly 11,000 girls and 6,000 adults in nine counties.

Morgan was appointed as the youngest, female Deputy Commissioner of the Erie County Youth Services Division, and has also served as Director of Youth and Family Services for the Community Action Organization of Western New York.

Morgan is also the Founder and CEO of MWB Ignites, LLC, a global consultancy firm that elevates individuals and organizations through leadership development training and workshops to help awaken untapped talents, gifts and boundless potential.

A dynamic motivational speaker and trailblazer in her field, Morgan’s work has transformed the lives of countless individuals and inspired audiences of all ages to embrace a Champion-level mindset. Morgan’s passion for sharing her knowledge and expertise with the public, private and non-profit sector, is what fuels MWB Ignites as a strategic force in leading transformational change in organizations and their people.

To add to her impressive resume, Morgan birthed the annual “Champion Made Empowerment Summit” to inspire hundreds to combat fear, live purposed-filled lives and ignite the fire inside to reach their maximum potential. She is also the best-selling author of A Champion’s Prayer Journey and last Fall, she launched her Christian apparel line, Champion Made.

Morgan earned her BA in Broadcast Communication from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and a MA in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College. She has also served as an adjunct professor in Business, Sociology and Philosophy and Human Relations at Bryant and Stratton College. Most recently, she earned her accreditation as a certified DISC Instructor.

Morgan is a Health Leadership Fellow with the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York and graduate of Leadership Buffalo. She is also a member of the Buffalo Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated where she serves as Chaplain.

Morgan currently serves on several boards and committees: Say YES Buffalo Endowment Committee; Women Who Lead WNY; and is a former Trustee for Medaille University. She has also received a host of honors and recognition including the 2019 Buffalo State College Young Alumnus Award, Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 Award, and as a finalist for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Athena Award.

A devout Christian, Morgan is a faithful member of Elim Christian Fellowship Church and is dedicated to igniting generations of Champions!

Orlando Hill '15, '23 serves as a tenured Culinary Instructor at The Buffalo School of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management. He received his bachelors from Buffalo State University in Hospitality Administration class of 2015, and his Masters from Buffalo State University in Career & Technical Education class of 2023. Orlando was the recipient of the 2023 Presidents Medal for Outstanding Graduate Student in which he gave the student commencement address to the school of education. He is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, a Wegmans Scholar, a Statler Foundation Scholar, and a Buffalo Public Schools’ Teachers of Tomorrow Grant recipient. He also received the 2021 Changemakers 30 Under 30 award, for which he received recognition from New York State Senator Tim Kennedy and Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown.
