The Year of the Eclipse! "The Shadow of the Moon is Coming"

On April 8, 2024 Buffalo and WNY will experience a total solar eclipse! Often called "the greatest celestial event you can experience," this eclipse will be an amazing event for the area's residents and thousands of visitors expected to travel to the area.

Buffalo State's Alumni Association is planning a fun "out of this world" brunch for the day before the eclipse. Guest speaker, Dr. Kevin Williams, Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium Director, will present about the solar eclipse, and what to except. Local alumni and alumni traveling to visit are welcome to attend!

Registration includes brunch, speaker presentation, campus tour, and a pair of solar eclipse glasses!
