Wine Club is back for Spring 2017 with an exciting menu from Lucia's on the Lake! Join alumni and friends on Tuesday, March 28 for a menu featuring two wines, three courses, and more. Space is limited, so sign your group up now! 

Cost: $45 per person

Menu:
Amouse Bouche
Fresh Oyster with green apple migonette and cucumber pearls

Course One
Lamb Meatball, Organic California tomato sauce, basil oil

Course Two
Seared seas scallop, yellow and purple cauliflower puree, smoked pork belly, shaved brussel sprout

Course Three
Cabernet Braised Short Rib, gorgonzola polenta, horseradish gremolata

Dessert
Limoncelle Cheesecake



Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend this Alumni Association event and would like a refund, you must notify our office by Monday, March 20 at 5 p.m. by either calling (716) 878-6001, or emailing alumni@buffalostate.edu.
