The Legacy Restaurant, located inside the Nancy Lopez Country Club provides and elegant setting for this event. Cost is
$20/person and includes non-alcoholic drinks and one of the following
meal selections:
First Course
House Salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Entrees

Herb Crusted Chicken, Eight ounce chicken breast topped with smoky fresh Mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and a lemon sauce
- Stuffed Filet of Sole, Eight ounce portion of sole filled with a scallop and crab meat stuffing
then baked until golden brown topped with a lemon beurre blanc and
fresh chives
- Legacy Chop (Medium)
- Twelve ounce bone-in rib-cut pork chop, marinated for eight hours in a
fresh herb marinade then grilled and served over homemade apple cobbler
Dessert
Tropical Fruit Cake or Profiterole
