Wear Orange, Win an iPad

Wear Orange on Fridays and show your Buffalo State pride! Rally your fellow alumni, family, friends, students, and  co-workers to take part! Share your photos with us on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/buffalostatealumni.  Participating alumni will be entered to win an iPad, courtesy of the Alumni Association each month.

 
The Alumni Association will choose the most creative "Orange" photos, and share them in an upcoming edition of 1300 Elmwood and in our online community. We want to see you in Orange!

Requirements:

Personal Photo Upload Requirements:

If you are personally uploading a photo to the Buffalo State Alumni Association Facebook page, please include:

•  "We've Got Orange!"
•  your city and state
•  (optional) your company name

You must be 18 years of age to submit a photo.

OR

On Campus Photo Requirements:

•  Visit Buffalo State Alumni Association table each Friday, from 12-1p.m. in the Quad.On rain/snow days, look for us in the E.H. Butler Library lobby.
  
•  Participants must be wearing Orange
•  Participants must sign on site contest waiver.
  

You may submit a maximum of 5 photos per Facebook account per month.


Terms of Use:

By sending your material to us, the Buffalo State Alumni Association and the Orange Fridays contest, you are agreeing to the following:

• You represent that you own all rights to the photograph(s).
• You acknowledge that the Buffalo State Alumni Association may, at its sole discretion, publish or otherwise use any photograph submitted by you for future marketing purposes and in any publication without notice or permission.
• Such publication or other use may occur on television, in books, in newspapers and magazines, on the Internet, and/or in or on any other medium of communication now or hereafter devised, and may be for advertising, promotion, and/or other commercial purposes.
• By submitting a photograph, you (and any other individual depicted in a photograph) consent to such publication or any other use.
• As a condition of submitting your photograph(s), you (and any other individual depicted in a photograph) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the photograph, and/or any rights with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction.
• You represent that you have been given the authority by each individual depicted in a photograph to bind such individual to these release terms.
• A photo submission does not guarantee that your photo(s) will remain on the Buffalo State Alumni Association Facebook wall. We reserve the right to remove any posting and/or photos at our sole discretion for any reason and at any time.
